ABOUT THE COMPANY EZ STAK

We are currently looking for a welder who will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Functional Accountabilities:
Welding Set up and operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools. Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials as required. Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components prior to welding. Inspect welds and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications. Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing operations as needed. Reading & Interpreting Instructions Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, technical drawings, and work orders. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Safety & Compliance Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on welding equipment. Productivity & Efficiency Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Minimize rework and material waste through accurate welding practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and output.

Strong mechanical aptitude. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
Position Requirements:
Experience Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment. Knowledge & Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Proficiency with measuring instruments, including tape measures, calipers, and squares. Strong understanding of welding procedures, metallurgy, and fabrication techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Working Conditions:
Production floor environment with machinery and noise Standing for extended periods Repetitive movements including lifting, bending, and reaching Ability to lift to approximately 50 lbs. PPE required
