MIG / TIG
Welder -
Immediate Openings Pay:
$23-$30+ per hour, based on experience
Shifts:
1st and 2nd Shift We are hiring experienced MIG and TIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. These are full-time opportunities offering competitive pay, steady hours, available overtime, and room for advancement. Candidates with strong MIG, TIG, fabrication, blueprint-reading, or fitting experience are encouraged to apply. You do not need to have both MIG and TIG experience to be considered. Responsibilities Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on a variety of metal parts and assemblies Fabricate, fit, and assemble components according to blueprints and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and weld symbols Set up welding equipment and select the proper settings for each project Operate grinders, saws, power tools, and other fabrication equipment Use tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments Inspect completed welds for strength, appearance, and dimensional accuracy Safely operate overhead cranes and other material-handling equipment as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with production team members to meet quality and productivity goals Qualifications Previous MIG, TIG, or fabrication welding experience Ability to produce clean, consistent, and accurate welds Blueprint and technical drawing reading experience preferred Knowledge of fabrication tools and shop equipment Ability to accurately use measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime when needed
