Akron, Ohio Position:
MIG Welder Location:
Akron, Ohio Shift:

1PM-9:30PM, Monday to Friday (Training on day shift for 3-4 weeks- which includes 6a-2:30pm)

Pay:

$19 per hour to start, with potential for a raise upon going full-time

Full benefits, vacation, and additional perks to be discussed during the hiring process Malone Solutions is looking for skilled MIG Welders to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a MIG Welder, you will be working with aluminum and sheet metal (12-20 gauge) to create high-quality welds. The ideal candidate will be able to pass a weld test and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

MIG welding on aluminum and sheet metal (12-20 gauge) Ensure quality welds that meet the company's standards Follow safety protocols and work in a clean and organized manner Ability to adapt to training on the day shift for 3-4 weeks before moving to the 1:00PM-9:30PM.

Qualifications:

Ability to pass a weld test Lift 50+ lbs repetitively Stand for up to 12 hours continuously Proficient in English No formal certifications required Ideal for recent graduates or students just out of school looking to start a career in welding Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic Entry Level candidates encouraged to apply Why Join Us?
