Welder

We are hiring a 2nd shift Welder ($23-$26/hr) to weld components, maintain and repair machinery, inspect finished work, and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and safety. Candidates need 2+ years of welding experience, blueprint reading skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a pre-employment screening while following strict safety standards. Upon hire, benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and paid vacation. Responsibilities Mig/Tig Weld small and large components on aluminum. Maintain and repair all machinery. Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts. Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature Requirements 2 years of Mig and Tig welding experience Ability to read in interpret blueprints Ability to follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
