$24-$30/hour + overtime (1.5x) •

•About the Opportunity A well-established U.S.-based manufacturer of rugged, mission-critical equipment is hiring experienced Welders to support continued growth at its Cincinnati facility. This role offers long-term stability, consistent first-shift hours, and the opportunity to work on high-quality, code-compliant fabrication in a professional production environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on welding assessments and open to overtime as production demands require. What You'll Do Perform high-quality welding on fabricated components used in manufacturing Weld using metal-cored wire in pulse-spray transfer Work in 5G and 6G positions on square tubing Set up and adjust welding machines independently Read and follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and consistency Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and acceptance criteria Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals Hands-On Weld Test (Required) As part of the interview process, candidates will complete a practical weld test evaluating: Arc control, travel speed, bead consistency, and penetration Machine setup and parameter selection Proper interpretation and use of WPS Overall weld quality and workmanship What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 5+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment Strong experience with metal-cored wire (pulse process) Ability to weld in all positions (including 5G & 6G) Ability to pass in-house weld certification testing Ability to work overtime as required Must pass drug screen and background check Why This Role Stands Out Stable first-shift schedule with overtime opportunities Competitive hourly pay with long-term growth potential High-quality work environment with strong safety culture Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) Work on meaningful, high-spec fabrication projects
