Welder/Fabricator Setting/Hours:
100% In-Office | First Shift Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that's expanding its Manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and weld raw materials according to blueprints to build clock and bell towers, steel and aluminum frames, and related assemblies. Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies. Operate tools and equipment including MIG/TIG welders, saws, drills, grinders, plasma cutters, and related machinery. Move materials and components using forklifts, hoists, or cranes. Weld flat, vertical, and overhead seams as required. Cut and measure materials to specified shapes and tolerances. Assemble, dismantle, and prepare metal structures and equipment. Operate machinery and welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Interpret and follow CAD drawings and written fabrication instructions. Adhere to all safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in welding and fabrication. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding diagrams, and symbols. Experience operating welding and fabrication tools and equipment. Strong math skills and precision measurement abilities. Solid understanding of fabrication techniques and metalworking processes.
