This role involves welding, fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 5:55 AM-3:25 PM, with overtime on Fridays. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and shop drawings. Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW welding in accordance with AWS standards. Measure and verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and shop math. Operate hand and power tools, plasma cutters, and machining equipment. Cut, bend, assemble, and weld sheet metal and structural steel. Follow all welding, fabrication, and workplace safety procedures. Work with team members to meet deadlines while maintaining quality. Qualifications Welding and fabrication experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency with MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW welding. Experience with sheet metal, structural steel, and other metals. Strong measuring, mechanical, and basic math skills. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Knowledge of AWS welding standards and safety procedures. About the
