Job Description

At Cincinnati Gasket & Industrial Manufacturing, we don't just make products - we delivery high quality industrial manufacturing solutions that help our customers stay safe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Heat Shield team.
What You'll Do:
Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate custom metal frames for industrial applications Cut and prepare aluminum, cold rolled steel and stainless steel to spec Perform TIG welding (MIG a plus) to produce high-quality assemblies Measure and verify finished products to ensure they meet blueprint requirements Straighten, prep and support finishing processes (paint/powder coat) Assist with assembly, packaging and shipping preparation
What You'll Bring:
1-3 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred Strong TIG welding skills (MIG experience a plus) Ability to read blueprints and work with precision Mechanical aptitude and experience with shop equipment If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you.
Pay:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
