• Job Description
• This role involves performing MIG welding on sheet metal in a high-volume production environment. You will weld primarily on feet components throughout the day using flat and vertical (up-down) positions, focusing on consistent quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Responsibilities
• + Perform MIG welding on sheet metal components, with a primary focus on feet assemblies.

+ Execute welds in flat and vertical (up-down) positions in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.

+ Operate and work alongside robotic welding equipment as needed to support production output.

+ Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency, and make adjustments to maintain required specifications.

+ Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient production floor.

+ Stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day while performing repetitive welding tasks.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve any welding-related issues.

• The pay range for this position is $20.

00 - $25.00/hr.
