Job Description

About the Role We are currently seeking 3 skilled Welders (MIG) to join our team at our Ohio facility. We are hiring for 2 positions on the night shift and 1 position on the day shift . The Welder will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components using the MIG welding process, following technical drawings and production specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble and weld metal components using MIG welding processes. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production plans. Perform preparation, assembly, and welding operations according to specifications. Ensure finished products meet company quality and quality control standards. Use jigs and fixtures to ensure accuracy and consistency in production. Measure and inspect finished parts using appropriate tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping of welding equipment and workstations. Follow production flow and material handling processes within the facility. Participate in visual management and Kanban systems. Maintain AWS (American Welding Society) certification (or obtain and maintain as required). Perform other related duties as assigned by the Plant Manager. Qualifications Proven experience in MIG welding in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work safely in a production environment. AWS welding certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain certification). Shifts Available 2 positions - Night Shift 1 position - Day Shift Benefits Employees may be eligible to participate in the company-sponsored healthcare plan, subject to eligibility requirements and plan terms. Pay:
From $26.00 per hour Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred)
