Job Summary:
Shift:
3rd
  • 10pm
  • 6am Monday
  • Friday The Welding role is fast paced MIG, doing structural welds, 3/8th-1/2 and ¾ welds, to build heavy machinery equipment and other miscellaneous products as orders come in.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be able to MIG weld and pass a weld test in shop.
  • Forklift and jib overhead crane experience desirable.
  • Must be able to conduct dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements.
  • Being able to weld out of position and air arc knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and most importantly, willing to be trained.
  • Must be willing to perform various other shop duties as needed.
  • Must be able to follow directions and maintain a professional attitude.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work within a team environment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate an ability to use hand tools (tape measures, square, drill, saw, grinder, etc.) or have a strong overall mechanical aptitude and be willing to be trained.
  • Must be punctual/reliable and be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the day. Team Member must be able to lift, push, and/or pull items 5o+ lbs. safely.
  • Must be willing to learn and adhere to required safety standards and practices.
  • Must have or be obtaining a High School Diploma or equivalent.
