Cleans product and applies non-stick coating. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Apply coatings to various products Follow work instructions, policies and procedures and meet safety guidelines Correct imperfections on surface Carefully cleanse product to remove dust and dirt Quality Issues to look for: fabric/hair on pan, dent/scratch/crack/bad band at backside of pan, silver spots, metal wire from oven and metal shaving from backside of pan, discoloring (brown, black spots/marks), rust on pan, primer drop on pan, powder drop on pan, burned brown color powder from oven, sand on pan if the pan has been sandblasted, powder bubble/blister, primer on top edge or outside of pan. Notify supervisor if any issues. Report to supervisor if there is an issue or deviation. Refer to list of cautions- things not to do to avoid contamination of the pans Cleans powder from outside of pan Cleans masks under instruction (1 to 4 times) Check pan coating surface after powder spray (for evenness)
Operate Hand Sprayer Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
