The Armor Group is growing, and we're looking for Fabricator Welders at all levels to join our team in Mason, OH. Whether you're an experienced pro or looking to take the next step in your welding career, we offer the tools, support, and opportunities to help you succeed. What You'll Do Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel and/or aluminum Work from blueprints and specifications to create high-quality products Maintain precision and attention to detail in every weld Follow all safety standards and procedures Collaborate with a supportive, team-focused shop environment What We're Looking For Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding (all levels encouraged to apply) Ability to read blueprints and execute work accurately Strong work ethic, reliability, and team mindset Commitment to quality workmanship and safety Located within a 30-minute commute of Mason, OH Proven history of dependability and performance What We Offer $22
