Welder/Fabricator We are looking for a dependable and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Niles, OH. Hours Second Shift, 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday Pay $24 - $26 per hour. Overtime possible Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate structural steel products safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret shop drawings and weld symbols with limited assistance
• Set up and operate welding equipment properly
• Fit, align, and weld moderately complex assemblies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and shop drawings
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including standing, bending, and stretching
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with structural fabrication
• Knowledge of material identification and equipment setup/maintenance
• Understanding of rigging, lifting, and layout techniques
• Familiarity with shears, press brakes, plasma cutting, drills, and related tools Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of welding/fabrication experience Other Requirements
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
