NECIC Staffing is hiring Welders and Fitters for a wire productsmanufacturer in North Royalton, Ohio. This facility produces industrial wire goods including filter bag cages and wire frames — and they're looking for candidates who can weld accurately, follow specs, and keep up with a consistent production pace on a 4-day schedule. On-the-job training available for candidates with foundational welding skills who want to develop in a wire manufacturing environment.

• What You'll Do
• Assemble and weld wire products, frames, and components to specification
• Set up and operate welding equipment on a production line
• Read and follow work orders and welding specifications
• Inspect finished welds for quality and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
• What We're Looking For
• Welding experience (MIG, spot welding, or resistance welding preferred)
• Ability to read simple blueprints or work instructions
• Physically able to stand for 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attendance history — strict point-based attendance policy at this facility
• Reliable transportation to North Royalton, OH 44133
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• What You'll Earn
• $15.00
• 18.00/hour based on welding experience and skill level
