First Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays (can be required based on workload) trak group is hiring a Master Builder for a growing manufacturing operation in the Springdale area. This is a hands-on fabrication role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building from blueprints, and wants long-term growth in a stable environment.

What You'll Do:

Read blueprints and layout jobs for fabrication Cut, assemble, and weld steel components and sheet metal Perform TIG welding (primary) and MIG welding as needed Operate shop equipment including grinders, saws, drill presses, and plasma cutters Complete quality checks and ensure work meets specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team members and assist with training when needed Identify and report quality or safety concerns

What You'll Bring:

3-5+ years of welding/fabrication experience Strong TIG welding experience (required - majority of the role) Experience welding stainless steel (required) MIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience using standard fabrication tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and work on a shop floor Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (with assistance as needed) Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, temperature changes, and fumes
