In this role, you will be responsible for performing resistance welding operations to assemble metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality products, ensuring adherence to safety standards and technical specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about fabrication, welding, and mechanical craftsmanship to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate resistance welding machines (spot, projection, seam) to weld metal parts. Inspect welded joints using visual checks and measurement tools to ensure proper penetration and strength. Prepare materials using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment such as press brake machines, plasma cutters, and sheet metal tools Use calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to verify dimensions and quality standards throughout the welding process Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to welding, rigging, and material handling Perform routine maintenance on welding machines and related equipment to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members on assembly processes, pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, and mechanical assembly tasks Experience Experience operating resistance welding equipment in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
