Location:
Toledo, OH Pay:
$19-$20.00/hour
Schedule:
2nd shift: Monday-Friday 6pm-2:30am (up to 6am with OT) Position Summary We are seeking skilled MIG/TIG Welders to join our manufacturing team in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to meet production and quality standards in an automotive environment. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on automotive components and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks of completed work Operate welding equipment and maintain tools in safe working condition Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily production targets Assist with rework and repair of defective welds as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications 1-3+ years of welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred) in a manufacturing or automotive environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols Familiarity with robotic welding environments is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing, bending, and working on concrete floors for extended periods Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Apply Today If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume to: carmen @canadianexecutivesearch.com CESGLOW1
