What You'll Do- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and shop prints
- Apply shop mathematics to ensure accurate welds and fabrication
- Perform MIG welding in multiple positions, including Overhead, Downhill, and Horizontal
- Maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced shop environment What We're Looking For
- Proven MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Knowledge of shop math and mechanical drawings
- Must pass a MIG weld test (overhead, downhill, and horizontal welds)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay:
$19- 25 per hour (DOE)
- Overtime opportunities available
