  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and shop prints
  • Apply shop mathematics to ensure accurate welds and fabrication
  • Perform MIG welding in multiple positions, including Overhead, Downhill, and Horizontal
  • Maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced shop environment What We're Looking For
  • Proven MIG welding experience
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Knowledge of shop math and mechanical drawings
  • Must pass a MIG weld test (overhead, downhill, and horizontal welds)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail Pay & Benefits
  • Starting Pay:
    $19
  • 25 per hour (DOE)
