Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 126363 Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Stick/MIG Welder (Fabrication & Welding Technician) to join a busy fabrication team in Miami, OK . This is a strong opportunity for welders who enjoy hands-on fabrication work, building custom components, and producing quality welds in a fast-paced shop environment. Required Experience & Skills Previous welding and metal fabrication experience

Strong MIG welding experience

Stick welding experience preferred (TIG is a plus) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are a must Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Essential Duties & Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production work orders Fabricate metal parts using steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Perform MIG welding and assist with Stick/TIG welding as needed Cut, grind, fit, and finish metal components to exact specifications Operate fabrication equipment including saws, plasma cutters, grinders, and drill presses Ensure weld quality, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all OSHA guidelines and workplace safety procedures Work independently or alongside team members to meet production deadlines Preferred Qualifications Previous fabrication shop experience Welding certifications (or ability to obtain) Experience with custom fabrication, short-run production, or manufacturing work Forklift or overhead crane experience Work Environment Industrial fabrication shop environment Exposure to welding equipment, heat, sparks, metal materials, and heavy machinery PPE required at all times Physically active role requiring lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive movement Why You ll Want This Opportunity Full-time welding opportunity Temp-to-hire with long-term potential Multiple shift availability Great fit for experienced fabrication welders Opportunity to work on custom and production welding projects Apply Today Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at (417) 208-9462 .
