Job Title:
Header Welder Job Description We are seeking experienced Code Welders to join our team in a job shop environment that primarily supports the Energy industry. Our operation involves working on a diverse range of products utilizing customer drawings and specifications. A minimum of three years of header welding experience is required for this role. Responsibilities Perform header welding with a minimum of three years of experience. Conduct welding tests including single bevel open root 2G test. Ensure welds can pass x-ray inspection through bend tests. Utilize MIG, TIG, and Flux welding techniques effectively. Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications accurately. Fabricate and weld code-compliant headers according to project specifications. Essential Skills Minimum three years of header welding experience. Proficiency in MIG welding. Knowledge of ASME welding codes and standards. Ability to pass welding tests including x-ray and bend tests. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with TIG welding is a plus. Work Environment The work environment is not climate controlled, but features a great break room. The work hours are from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sapulpa, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
