This is a great opportunity for welders looking for long-term work with competitive pay and immediate start options.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel components Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Fit, tack, and weld structural assemblies to specifications Ensure weld quality meets company and customer standards Use grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools as needed Maintain a safe and clean work environment Assist with fitting duties when needed ( fitting experience is a plus )

Qualifications:

Previous experience with MIG and Flux Core welding required Structural welding experience preferred Ability to pass a weld test immediately Experience fitting and reading blueprints is a strong plus Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
