Centerline Fabrication is a growing structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabricator located in Harrisburg, Oregon. We're looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator III who enjoys challenging fabrication work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a team that's building something special. What You'll Do Perform advanced FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, and GTAW welding. Fabricate structural steel, miscellaneous metals, utility structures, and telecom components. Read and interpret complex shop drawings and blueprints. Lay out, fit, and fabricate assemblies with minimal supervision. Operate saws, ironworkers, plasma cutting equipment, mag drills, overhead cranes, and other fabrication equipment safely. Produce high-quality welds that meet AWS D1.1 and customer specifications. Inspect your own work to ensure dimensional accuracy and weld quality. Assist with training and mentoring Welder/Fabricator I and II team members. Work closely with shop leadership to meet production schedules while maintaining quality and safety. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of structural steel fabrication and welding experience. Strong FCAW experience required. Experience with GMAW, SMAW, and GTAW preferred. Ability to read fabrication drawings without supervision. Strong fit-up, layout, and fabrication skills. Ability to operate fabrication equipment safely. AWS certifications are a plus but not required. Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
