, a leading manufacturer located in Berwick, PA, is seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. We are recognized for our innovative design and manufacture of ergonomic, interactive technical furniture and equipment for a wide range of industries, including: Medical / Healthcare, Public Safety / Mission Control, Government Agencies, Information Technology, and Financial Services.
Shift:
Monday
  • Friday 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM or Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM
  • 2:00 AM Both full time and part time opportunities available.
Position Summary:
The primary responsibility for this role is MIG awelding, with additional duties in general product assembly. The ideal candidate will be a skilled welder capable of working independently, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components Operate safely and efficiently according to provided specifications and company standards Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications Assist with general assembly tasks as needed Support other departments as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with MIG welding Experience with TIG welding is a plus Ability to read and apply information from technical documentation and drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Willingness to learn and grow in the role Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical ability to stand and bend for 8-10 hours and lift up to 35 lbs Positive attitude and strong team spirit
