If you have hands-on experience with MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Stick Welding, Flux Core Welding, or Metal Fabrication, we want to hear from you! We're searching for dependable, skilled individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and have experience working in industrial welding, production welding, metalworking, or manufacturing environments. Job Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux Core Welding based on job requirements. Weld, assemble, and fabricate steel and metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings. Perform metal cutting, grinding, fitting, and fabrication. Operate welding machines, grinders, and hand and power tools. Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity. Use measuring tools to ensure proper fit and alignment. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Previous hands-on welding experience strongly preferred. Experience in MIG Welding (GMAW), TIG Welding (GTAW), Stick Welding (SMAW), or Flux Core Welding (FCAW). Metal fabrication, structural welding, or production welding experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Knowledge of welding equipment and fabrication techniques. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or fabrication shop environment. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. What We Offer $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and position.
