welding on fabricated metal components ✔ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and cut lists ✔ Produce high-quality welds with strong penetration and clean appearance ✔ Operate plasma cutters, torches, and shop equipment ✔ Use measuring tools to ensure precision and quality ✔ Maintain a safe, organized work area What We're Looking For ✔ MIG and/or TIG welding experience (TIG experience is a plus!) ✔ Ability to read blueprints and tape measures ✔ Experience using hand tools and fabrication equipment ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment ✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail Why You'll Love This Opportunity $17.50-$24.00/hour (based on experience) 1st Shift Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Join a respected manufacturing team with room to grow!
