Hiring a Welder in Greencastle, PA Job Description This role focuses on production welding in a high-volume manufacturing environment, assembling and welding metal parts and components according to blueprints and work instructions. You will perform MIG welding, operate overhead cranes safely, and work in both team-based and independent settings to meet production demands while maintaining a safe and clean work area.

2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4pm-2am

$22.75-$26.40/hour Sign-on bonus included

Medical, dental, vision and 401k plan Responsibilities Pass a weld test and meet all welding requirements prior to and during employment. Operate overhead cranes in a safe and controlled manner to move and position materials and parts. Adjust weld configurations as needed to meet specifications and production requirements. Heat and form metal parts and components using hand tools, torches, or welding equipment. Perform welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions as required by the job. Accurately operate and read measuring devices to ensure parts meet specified dimensions. Assemble and weld various metal parts and components together according to blueprints and instructions. Essential Skills Ability to pass a weld test and meet all welding requirements. Experience with MIG, TIG, or stick welding. Minimum of 6+ months of welding experience, gained through education or work. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greencastle, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.45/hr.
