Clemens Food Group is hiring an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator for our 1st shift team in Hatfield, PA. This is a hands-on role where you'll fabricate, repair, modify, and install equipment and metal components that keep our operation running. What You'll Do TIG weld and fabricate precision parts and assemblies Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications Repair and modify manufacturing equipment Perform sheet metal layout and bend calculations Operate brakes, shears, cutting, forming, and welding equipment Install fabricated components throughout the facility What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of TIG welding experience Stick welding experience Ability to read and work from blueprints Sheet metal fabrication and layout experience Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work safely and independently
