  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality metal structures and products, supporting various construction and manufacturing projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced fabrication techniques and cutting-edge equipment in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine specifications and fabrication requirements Perform welding operations using various techniques including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), ensuring compliance with AWS (American Welding Society) standards Fabricate metal components using sheet metal, pipe threading, plasma cutting, press brake machines, and other shop tools Measure materials accurately with calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and blueprint reading skills to ensure precise fabrication Operate power tools, rigging equipment, forklifts, machining tools, and gas metal arc welding equipment safely and efficiently Assemble fabricated parts according to schematics and technical drawings while adhering to safety protocols and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) codes & standards Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures related to construction site experience, ductwork installation, pipe fabrication, and general manufacturing processes Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety protocols in industrial environments Hands-on fabrication shop experience working with metal materials including sheet metal and structural components Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, shop math, and mechanical blueprint interpretation Familiarity with welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW, gas metal arc welding, plasma cutting, soldering, and press brake operations Knowledge of mechanical knowledge related to rigging, pipe threading, machining, assembly, and ductwork installation Experience operating measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers accurately in a fabrication setting Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively while maintaining safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations Join our team if you're passionate about precision craftsmanship and eager to contribute your welding and fabrication skills in a vibrant environment.
