Our products are seen in cities such as Daytona Beach FL. Germantown TN. Pittsburgh PA. & Arlington National Cemetery. In this position you will work with your hands and use your creativity. The successful candidate will Measure, Cut, Grind, and Machine aluminum components. A candidate that can also MiG weld or learn to MiG weld will stand out from other candidates. Formal fabrication certificates and formal training are not required. In fact, if you rely heavily on your formal welding certifications you are probably over qualified this position! The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of basic mechanical principals. In this fast changing and essential business environment. Typical instructions usually begin with a simple sketch. Creativity and common sense is the best tool to bring to this problem solving team. Career and financial advancement has real potential for motivated team players. We love to promote from within. You will be working in a smaller factory setting. There will be little if any contact with outside customers and limited staff in the fabrication department. You must be self motivated to get the job done and work with limited direct supervision.
