Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM; Friday, 5:00 AM-12:00 PM Join a growing manufacturing team producing steel containers for the waste, construction, recycling, and energy industries. We're seeking skilled welders who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to quality, safety, and teamwork. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on steel containers, including walls, floors, frames, and gates Fabricate and weld sub-assemblies Read blueprints and fit components accurately Ensure products meet quality and structural standards Contribute to daily production goals of 15-18 containers per day Requirements At least 1 year of production welding experience OR a welding degree from Penn College of Technology (Penn Tech) MIG welding experience Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate fit-up work Strong attention to quality and safety Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, PA.
