Aloma Shim and Manufacturing Company is a metal fabrication job shop located in Verona, Pennsylvania. We have immediate openings for experienced welder/fabricators. These are direct hire,1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with GMAW welding to

AWS D1.1.

(3G unlimited preferred)

• Previous experience reading and interpreting customer drawings.
• Ability to lift/handle parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to use manual measuring instruments to inspect parts.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent attendance
• Must be able to pass a physical, drug test and criminal background test.
• Some overtime is mandatory when needed.
• Two year program in a welding school preferred.

Benefits:

• Pay rate is negotiable and based on experience. We pay weekly. Direct deposit is available. There is a shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
