$20-$30/hr (Based on Experience) Immediate Interviews & Weld Tests Weekly Pay | Immediate Start Dates Job Summary We are seeking skilled Welders to join a growing aerospace and defense manufacturing team. This position focuses on high-precision TIG welding of critical components used in advanced cooling systems, satellites, and other aerospace applications. Responsibilities Perform precision TIG welding on aerospace-grade materials and components. Set up and operate welding equipment while adjusting settings as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions. Inspect finished welds using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards. Complete production documentation and meet daily production goals. Requirements High school diploma, GED, or technical training preferred. TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, copper nickel, copper, and similar alloys. Ability to pass weld tests and required certifications. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances. Preferred Qualifications Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment. Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and cross-train. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed. Why Join Our Team? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Landisville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
