Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Mancan Staffing, in partnership with a reputable manufacturing facility in Washington, PA, is looking for an experienced Welder to join the team! This hands-on role requires expertise in TIG and MIG welding on thin gauge (.12 - .16) steel. If you're detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to put your skills to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specs Set up and operate MIG, TIG, and Stick welding equipment Inspect welds and finished products for quality and precision Operate grinders, saws, and various fabrication tools Maintain welding equipment and tools in working condition

Requirements:

2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting Proficient in TIG and MIG welding; Stick welding a plus Ability to read and interpret technical/mechanical drawings Understanding of various metals and thicknesses Strong math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements) High School Diploma or GED required; welding certification preferred Able to work independently or collaboratively with a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
