+ OT available until 3:30 PM

Shift:

Monday-Friday + 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

+ Overtime often available until midnight

+ Occasional Saturday overtime when production demands require it

• ✅ What You'll Do
• + Perform
• flux-core welding on structural steel
• + •Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols•+ •Operate overhead cranes safely•+ •Use fabrication tools including air arc, grinders, and magnetic drills•+ •Produce quality welds that meet structural requirements•+ •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area•?

What We're Looking For

• + Structural steel welding experience + Strong flux-core welding skills + Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols + Experience operating overhead cranes + Experience in a steel fabrication shop preferred + Comfortable working in a loud, heavy industrial environment + Own basic welding/fabrication tools

• + Heavy industrial steel fabrication facility + Mix of newer and older equipment + Dedicated welding station + Safety-first culture + Overhead cranes throughout the shop

• The pay range for this position is $23.

00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
