Experienced Welder - 1st shift hours - Pay up to $26/hr!! Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position focuses on repairing, straightening, grinding, and welding steel castings to meet production and quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their workmanship, and is comfortable performing both welding and grinding duties as part of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities Repair and straighten steel castings using welding techniques. Perform grinding and finishing work to meet quality specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Follow production schedules and complete work efficiently. Work independently while maintaining consistent production output. Support overall manufacturing operations as needed. Qualifications Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment. Experience working with steel components and castings preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to perform both welding and grinding duties on a daily basis.
