Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced fabricator to join our dynamic team in Columbia, SC, 29201. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise to create high-quality products while mentoring junior fabricators. Responsibilities Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Utilize MIG and Stick welding techniques throughout the facility Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet industry standards and specifications. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize fabrication processes and improve product designs. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication, with a strong background in welding. Experience with MIG and Stick welding (Tig experience is a plus) Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices.
