Job Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on carbon steel components according to blueprints and engineering specifications. Fabricate, repair, and assemble racks and structural metal components from start to finish. Complete first articles, fixtures, and custom fabrication projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, weld symbols, and production drawings. Inspect completed welds to verify structural integrity and compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot welding, fabrication, and assembly issues while making necessary adjustments. Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with prototype and custom build projects as required. Mentor and train less experienced welders while promoting best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives, workplace organization (6S), and safety programs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Meet daily production schedules while maintaining quality workmanship. MIG Welder I-III -

Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous MIG welding experience on carbon steel required. Minimum of 1-3 years of welding and fabrication experience required. 3-5 years of welding and fabrication experience preferred. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, weld symbols, and technical drawings. Experience with prototype or custom fabrication projects preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and assist in leading or mentoring team members. Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship while following all safety standards. Ability to pass a welding test. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
