Job Description
Recruiting Solutions is seeking experienced MIG and TIG Welders for multiple manufacturing companies in the Upstate of South Carolina! We currently have openings for TIG Aluminum Welders with a well-established manufacturing company in Simpsonville, SC and MIG Welders with a manufacturer in Piedmont, SC. These are full-time opportunities offering competitive pay, stable schedules, overtime opportunities, and excellent long-term career potential.
Welder Benefits:
Full-time opportunities Competitive pay ranging from $18.50- 22.
Available Positions:
TIG Aluminum Welder Monday- Friday, 5:30 AM
- 5:30
PM Occasional Saturdays:
5:30 AM- 1:00 PM 50-65 hours per week Starting pay: $20.00/hour Additional quarterly performance/profit-sharing bonus of $3.00
- 8.00/hour Must have previous TIG aluminum welding experience and successfully pass a 16-gauge aluminum weld test MIG Welder

Welder Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding according to blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications. Weld aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, or other materials depending on the position. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Perform basic fabrication, fitting, grinding, and finishing as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production goals while producing high-quality workmanship. Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience required. TIG Aluminum Welder applicants must be able to pass a 16-gauge aluminum weld test . Experience reading blueprints and welding symbols preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
