JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Welder in Simpsonville, SC . Our client is a supplier in the agricultural machinery industry . The Welder is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating welding equipment for fabricated metal parts, subframes, or robot weld. Responsibilities of a Welder includes : Perform critical welds on loaders, sub frames, and subassemblies Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment to spot or seam weld metal parts or subassemblies Prepare surfaces to be welded by grinding, buffing, sanding, brushing, and hand scraping Load and unload fixtures Visually examine welds for adherence to blueprint specifications Basic measuring devices or gauges to check work Job Requirements of a

Welder:

5 to 10 years Welding experience Follow the

ISO 9001

work practices and procedures Understand Quality Management Systems Ability to lift, carry, or push 50 lbs of steel throughout the day Ability to use hoist or crane Ability to drive industrial fork truck

REQUIRED

Experience and Education:
