Job Description

BACE LLC
(BACE) is seeking a Welder to join our team due to growth. BACE is a world leader in the waste equipment industry. BACE helps companies achieve their green initiatives by reducing waste streams and increasing recycling efforts. The company manufactures and services balers, compactors and provides parts and resources to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Weld to acceptable quality expectations in all weld positions. Complete custom fabrication tasks, build, and install special options with drawings and limited supervision. Ability to thoroughly read and use blueprints to fabricate products. Use of specialty fabrication tools such as magnetic drills and plasma cutters. Calculate sizes and measurements using math skills. Part positioning may occur at floor, table, shoulder, and above shoulder levels. Ability to meet production standards. Maintain good attendance record and be able to work overtime as needed. Maintain good safety record. Maintain positive attitude.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required. Experienced MIG welder. Minimum 5 years' experience Strong math skills including ability to do calculations. Requires no supervision to perform tasks assigned. Can read blueprints, drawings, and hand sketches in order to build product to specifications. Ability to use tape measure, layout out, and set assemblies. Forklift and Overhead Crane Operation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift-up to 50 pounds. Climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
