Responsible for the safe and efficient fabrication of steel products. The Welder III is an advanced-level welding position, with all work being completed with little supervision. Mastered all aspects of level 2 position Qualified to weld on all products required for the facility. Maintain technical qualifications required for position Daily work is complex Works independently with little supervision Assist with developing new or modifying current procedures Applies extensive knowledge and skill to complete a wide range of tasks Ability to operate specialized equipment Understand complex drawings and diagrams Perform work that requires planning and judgement to accomplish Ability to work with others Ability to work safely and accurately Prompt and dependable attendance. Other duties as assigned. High School diploma or GED required. 3+ years of welding experience preferred.
