Exhibit knowledge of material identification, equipment utilization and welding equipment set-up and maintenance. General knowledge of equipment and operations. Basic understanding of Weld symbols. Understand and follow oral and written directions. Ability to read a tape measure (imperial and metric). Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace. Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal. The trait of being dependable and trustworthy. High School diploma or GED preferred. 0-1 years of welding experience preferred.
