This role involves fabricating and welding steel materials from start to finish in a production environment. Training is provided during the first few weeks, making this a great opportunity for both entry-level and experienced welders. Key Responsibilities Weld steel materials to construct finished products from start to completion Perform welding tasks in confined or tight spaces Collaborate with material handlers to ensure smooth production flow Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core processes Maintain strong attendance and adhere to all workplace policies Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and facility guidelines Skills Welding MIG Welding TIG Welding Stick Welding Flux Core Welding Blueprint Reading Fabrication Structural Welding Top Skills Details Welding, MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core, Blueprint Reading, Fabrication Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to pass a 3/4F weld test Previous welding experience preferred, but entry-level candidates welcome Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Tenured welding experience is a plus Experience Level Entry Level - Expert Level (based on skill and testing) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN .
