Welders for an immediate start in Nashville, TN. Short‑term project, extended daily hours, and consistent overtime potential on a high‑profile infrastructure job!

PAY:

$28.00-$32.00/hour (based upon experience)

HOURS:

Expected shifts will be 12 hour days starting at 6 :00 AM

SCHEDULE

Expected work will be Monday-Saturday ; approximately 72 hours/week

Welder Job Description:

TIG / MIG

Welders will support the project by performing welding and installation of guard rails, maintenance welding on site equipment, and repair of worn or damaged metal structures. Work will be performed on an active heavy‑civil infrastructure job site with strict safety requirements. Qualifications for

TIG / MIG

Welder:

• Proven experience with TIG and MIG welding
• Prior experience welding guard rails preferred
• Maintenance welding experience required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced construction environment
• Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
• Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and working in industrial environments
• Position requires the use of PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, steel‑toe boots, high‑visibility vest, gloves, welding helmet, and welding gloves Additional Requirements for

Welder:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
