Job Description
Welder Automation Personnel Services is hiring an experienced Welder for a leading manufacturer in Lewisburg, TN. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with strong welding skills who wants steady hours, a safety-focused work environment, and room to grow with a respected company. Pay Rate Starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 am-3:30 p, with overtime as needed. Must be comfortable possibly moving to 2 nd shift: 2:15 pm-12:45 am Welder Duties and Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel components using blueprints and work instructions. Set up and operate welding equipment while following safety procedures. Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met. Prepare materials and maintain a clean, organized work area. Welder Qualifications and Requirements Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and use measuring tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
