Now Offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in metal fabrication who take pride in precision, quality, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Position, align, fit, and weld parts to assemble complete units or subunits in accordance with blueprints and layout specifications Interpret engineering drawings to determine material requirements and workflow sequencing Verify workpiece accuracy using measuring tools such as squares, rulers, and tape measures Perform tack welding to secure components prior to final welding Layout, mark, and prepare metal stock, accounting for material thickness and weld shrinkage Align and fit components using jacks, wedges, pry bars, and other tools Secure parts in place using clamps, braces, and related equipment for welding or riveting Operate fabrication equipment including brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses Safely move materials using hoists or cranes as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of hands-on fabrication or welding experience Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and technical documents Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
