Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welds. Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training preferred. Proven experience as a Combo Welder or similar role. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Welding certification is a plus.
