$24-$28/hour Job Summary Skillforce is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricators to join a growing manufacturing team. This role involves fabricating metal components using a variety of hand tools and welding equipment while following precise specifications in a fast-paced shop environment. Ideal candidate will be skilled in welding MIG/TIG aluminum, stainless, and steel in a variety of thicknesses and positions. Pay up to $28 DOE. If you are a skilled Welder apply now! Key Responsibilities Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and bills of materials Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel in various thicknesses and positions Utilize hand tools such as grinders, weld stud guns, and other fabrication equipment Operate measuring and inspection tools including calipers, weld gauges, and tape measures Set up welding machines and maintain equipment using preventative maintenance practices Evaluate welding processes and equipment to improve efficiency and cycle times Build and modify welding fixtures to meet specific geometric requirements Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards Identify defects and complete required documentation Repair or rework welded components per engineering specifications Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Communicate effectively with supervisors to prioritize workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints Basic computer skills preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift 30-50 pounds regularly Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane
