Job Description

Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Job description: Pack Mule Trailers is seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our trailer manufacturing team. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating structural components used in the production of high-quality utility, car hauling and equipment trailers. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding with strong clean welds, fabrication and measuring and fitting materials, and prefers a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel trailer frames and components Fabricate parts according to blueprints, measurements, and specifications Fit, align, clamp and assemble trailer components prior to welding Operate fabrication equipment such as welders, saws, grinders and torches Inspect welds for strength, accuracy, and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work closely with production team to meet build schedules Assist with general shop tasks when needed Qualifications 2+ years welding and fabrication experience (manufacturing or trailer experience preferred) Strong MIG welding skills Ability to follow instructions and work as a team. Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Experience measuring, cutting, and fitting steel Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience building trailers, truck beds, or heavy equipment Knowledge of jigs and fixture setups Basic mechanical or assembly experience What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$24/hr based on experience Full-time stable work with consistent weekly hours Occasional overtime opportunities Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding trailer manufacturing company Supportive team environment Training provided on company-specific processes How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed, or send your resume to: employment@PackMuleTrailers.com
